For those who are unclear on the concept

Bush is well aware that he has a little over a month left to enjoy the fruits of victory. He and his fellow low-life thieves are busily stealing anything that's not nailed down. That's the whole purpose of all this "bail-out" horseshit: one last greedfest at the taxpayer's expense before the credit card gets taken away. One final pocket-lining since it may be a while before folks are stupid enough to vote the Republicans back into power.

Or not. At this point, I don't put anything past humanity. It's a wonder we've managed to survive this long.
