Notice who's missing from the list?

The USA has bombed the following nations since the end of WW2. (Original from Australian Options Quarterly No. 31, Summer 2002.)

Korea 1950-53
China 1950-53
Guatemala 1954
Indonesia 1958
Cuba 1959-60
Guatemala 1960
Congo 1964
Peru 1965
Laos 1965-73
Vietnam 1961-73
Cambodia 1969-70
Guatemala 1967-69
Grenada 1983
Libya 1986
El Salvadore 1980s
Nicaragua 1980s
Panama 1989
Iraq 1991-2002
Sudan 1998
Afghanistan 1998
Yogoslavia 1999
Afghanistan 2001
Iraq 2003

Did you catch it? Which US President is NOT represented in the list above?

Give up?

The much maligned Jimmy Carter, pretty much the ONLY President in the last century who didn't bomb anybody.

Jimmy Carter was the closest thing to a decent man we've had in the White House in quite some time. Anyone who runs him down should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst president ever, also the worst ex-president ever. The small "p" is intentional--he does not deserve the capital. Oh, and I am not ashamed. I like the rest of your website!
